???? [Resolved] Binance locked me out mid-trade — facial verification failed, support took hours, but one agent saved my day

So yeah...
Binance determined to check my endurance right in the midst of a trade.

I had simply entered a position (on a token referred to as "C", bought round zero.3779) when out of the blue I was logged out of my account. Once I tried to log back in, it pressured facial verification — and it stored failing. Regardless of how many occasions I tried (sluggish, quick, shiny mild, and so on.), the system simply wouldn’t settle for my face.

In the meantime... I'm absolutely uncovered in an open trade. No access. No control. Simply watching the chart move.

And the worst part? I couldn't even contact help from the app I put in — seems I had the U.S. model, which isn’t supported in my country. Took me some time to install a working international version by means of an external retailer, then open a help chat from the Home windows desktop app.

Once I finally obtained by way of, I ended up chatting with someone named Harper — and truthfully? She was a beast.
