Is using a Binance P2P bot compliant with the rules?

I am a Binance P2P service provider in the Philippines, and I have observed that some individuals use bots to mechanically regulate their advert costs. Some merchants all the time hold their advertisements just slightly ahead of mine, typically by as little as zero.01, which suggests their advertisements stay above mine all the time. Every time their advertisements are ranked above mine, I can clearly really feel that my order volume drops considerably.

I do know Binance offers P2P API access that can be utilized to do that, and I do know a bit of programming myself, so I requested Binance stay help twice whether or not this type of conduct is allowed. One help agent advised me it isn't allowed, while one other stated it is allowed. That has left me very confused. So, is it truly allowed or not?

If it is allowed, I want to develop a bidding bot myself. Has anyone right here used this type of software before? Is it legal?
