i was connected to a public wifi when I log in and now my IP says I'm in USA (which is wrong)

as the title says, I've been using binance these days and for extreme reasons i was unable to use it in my residence (due a tragic flood i moved from my house briefly) but i used to be utilizing quite a bit the public wifi, however now the app says I'm in USA and don't let me transfer my lasts deposits, is there a option to fix this?
