Binance account lock

It’s been a few month since my account was all of the sudden blocked... Deposits and withdrawals have been made solely from my very own bank account, and withdrawals went via ZEN to my account. I'm verified plus consumer. Once I asked customer help, the only reply I acquired was that the account is underneath verification they usually can't say something more... The case has been reported to ECC Internet. Assume twice before opening an account on binance!
