I’m an EU-based consumer and my Binance account has been restricted for an extended interval and not using a clear rationalization or resolution timeline. I have already: – completed all requested verification steps – submitted GDPR entry and clarification requests – filed complaints with relevant EU authorities Help responses to date have been generic, and formal deadlines for replies have passed. I’m not accusing Binance of wrongdoing. I’m merely making an attempt to know what reasonable next steps are for EU users in this state of affairs, and whether others have seen comparable instances resolved with out going straight to litigation. Any constructive enter or shared experiences can be appreciated.
